We provide yoga in different styles for people of all abilities – from complete beginners to the more advanced yogis.

Classes at Wildflower yoga are run by Lexy, a Yoga Alliance certified instructor who has been practicing yoga for a number of years.
Lexy completed a month-long yoga teacher training in Bali with the School of Sacred Arts.
Lexy has a passion for yoga, and the profound impact it can have on people’s lives. She believes in yoga as a healer, a practice which can be used as a tool to reduce stress and anxiety.
With a special interest in mindfulness, Lexy will guide you through practices which will allow you to become more aware of thoughts, feelings in the physical body, emotions, and to appreciate every moment in the present.
